Collected Personal Data

Purpose of collecting data

We collect specific personal data to accurately record and document notarial acts, this data is also included in the notary journal. This data includes the signer's full name, address, and how they were identified (e.g., with a driver's license, etc.)

Notary Public Underwriters does not disclose any personally identifiable information, except as permitted by law to government authorities or third parties in which there is a legal request, subpoena, or other procedure that requires the disclosure of your information.
